FITTING(ONLY APPLIES TO HATS, NOT VISORS)

Our hats fit most heads! Every hat you purchase with us comes with a free crown belt, which helps the hat fit your head in case the hat is too big.

The crown belt also keeps the hat on your head in case it's windy. Some customers will need hats with bigger crowns. If you want to ensure that the hat will fit, please include your head size in the order. This means that you will need to measure your head. Send us the measurement in inches or centimeters, and we will send you a perfectly fitting hat. In this case, however, the wait time for the hat will be 30 days. We will need to special order your hat directly from Colombia! This is if we don't have your size, and that is rare.

Shipping is free for orders over $100.00, otherwise shipping is 5.00. Items are shipped within 2 weeks of ordering.

RETURN POLICY

If something is wrong with your hat or if you're not satisfied with it for some reason

Please take a picture along with an explanation as to why you want to return it and your return will be considered. If a hat doesn't fit, please return it along with your head-size, and we will immediately send you a hat that fits. We want every single client to be happy.

CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY

The policies for pricing and shipping time on custom orders are as follows:

1. Standard customization of Vueltiao Hats, Vueltiao Fedoras, and Vueltiao Visors will be an additional $30.00/item for the larger units (typical Vueltiaos), and $20.00/item for the fedoras and visors. This price includes one color change and up to 10 letters/numbers. (See line 4 for other custom order prices) 

2. Customization prices for single item (not bulk) orders apply to every item, for every order. Which is to say if you custom order a Vueltiao Hat, with your choice of words on it, the price will be $90.00 per hat; $60.00 for Fedora hats, and $50.00 for visors. 

3. If a client places a customer order  in bulk (12 items or more of the exact same item), the increased rate only applies to that first order (12 Fedoras of design X), and will be reduced to the normal price for any future orders of the exact same item.

   Example: A client orders 12 Fedora hats with its company’s name on it, all 12 with the same colors, same design; the price for the 12 hats will be $60.00/hat. Any additional orders of that same item (Fedora hat of design X) will only cost $40.00 hat.

4. The price for customized hats may vary depending on the complexity of the requested design. Multiple color changes, and requests over 10 letters/numbers will increase the cost above the standard custom order prices stated in line 1. For such items, and in order to fabricate the product exactly as the client desires, a virtual appointment must be made to discuss the details of the order, and a sketch/drawing created to ensure the accuracy of the new design.

CUSTOM ORDER SHIPPING

Custom orders will take 4 weeks to ship once the order is placed, and the cost of shipping will vary depending on the size/weight of the order.
